Project: Understanding Eating Disorders and Disordered Eating in Autistic Individuals

Project Overview: This project seeks to better understand the etiology and lived experiences of eating disorders (ED) or disordered eating behaviors in autistic individuals. Through a mixed-methods approach, the study will explore the research priorities and experiences of autistic individuals, parents, and service providers to guide future research and interventions in this area. The ultimate goal is to improve health outcomes and inform future research efforts on eating disorders within the autistic community.
