Juliette is an autistic autism researcher whose work centers on understanding and elevating neurodivergent voices. Their academic journey began in physics and mathematics before transitioning to special education, where they are pursuing a PhD at Teachers College, Columbia University under the guidance of Dr. Matthew Zajic.

Working with Dr. Zajic, they have engaged in various research projects focused on autism, including studies of autistic children's school experiences during the COVID-19 pandemic and analyses of autistic representations on TikTok. Their research approach emphasizes questioning conventional narratives while promoting a more inclusive understanding of autism through both qualitative and quantitative methods.

As CEO and Founder of the Autism and Neurodivergency Advocacy Association, they lead initiatives advancing the rights and empowerment of autistic people through education, mentoring, and community support activities. Their work extends to advisory roles, where they provide guidance on neurodiversity in the workplace and contribute to inclusion-focused projects.
